Although GemSuite.com is a recent endeavor for us, the owners of GemSuite.com have been in the business of purchasing and selling high-quality gemstones for over 20 years. Through the years we have maintained strong trading relationships with source suppliers from Colombia, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), to name a few.

We purchase superior grade gemstones in large quantities and are therefore able to pass savings on to our customers; but we do not purchase entire rough or finished gemstone "lots", the majority of which are likely to be of inferior grade, because we do not wish to market these grades of gemstones. We travel around the globe to procure gemstones that are simply not available to many other enterprises.

The gemstones that you see on the GemSuite.com website have been meticulously selected from large lots and represent a very small fraction of a typical offering from our source suppliers.

We have GIA certified gemologists on staff to ensure that all of our gemstones are accurately identified and graded according to GIA standards. The GIA grading is used to determine the pricing of each gemstone we offer.

Gemstone certifications can be provided at the customer's request for any of our gemstones and are provided free of charge for single-item purchases exceeding 3000.00 US dollars. Approximately 10 – 14 additional days will be required to obtain GIA Certification for a gemstone on request; gemstones priced at 3000.00 US dollars have certifications already available for shipment with the gemstone.

We do not deal in synthetics and all of the gemstones we sell are natural.

We are proud of our stellar reputation for accurate identification and representation of our gemstones. Our business goal is very simple – we want each and every purchase to result in 100% customer satisfaction, and we are dedicated to that principal.

Our confidence in our product is demonstrated by our free-shipping policy; we simply do not expect return of our gemstones. However, if you make a purchase from us that does not meet with your approval for any reason, we will gladly accept the purchase back for either credit or refund, at the Customer’s discretion.

We will always go the extra mile to establish and maintain a satisfied Customer base, and our business successes to this point have been attributed solely to repeat business from satisfied Customers.
