GemSuite.com Return and Refund Global Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As one of the Internet's most successful retailers, every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience. If it is not, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any merchandise returned to us within 10 days of receipt. To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following:
- If you are uncertain in the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before purchasing the merchandise. We have expert GIA certified Gemologists in our employ that are more than willing to help by answering any questions you may have about a particular item before you make your purchase decision.
- If you not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement of merchandise or refund. Please contact us at info@gemsuite.com.
- All returned merchandise should be sent back to us via Federal Express to the following address:

- You should insure the package for the full purchase price. The Client is responsible for insuring returned merchandise.
- If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return, if the shipment is international.
- If you are returning the merchandise please do not write jewelry, diamonds or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation.
- If you are returning the merchandise purchased from an Auction, please note that AUCTION ITEM ID and USER AUCTION ID must be clearly displayed on correspondence inside of the package.
I. Definitions
"Client", "Customer", "Visitor": The trader being a company, partnership, sole trader or other organization or any individual, which undertakes to accept GemSuite.com Services and/or purchase GemSuite.com Products.
"Partner", "Affiliate": A third-party organization that provides Internet development, hosting and/or Internet access services, and/or other services to GemSuite.com and/or Client.
"Services", "Products", "Merchandise": rough and faceted gemstones, carved stones, jewelry, equipment, newsletters or other gem stone industry related products and/or services.
"RMA": Return Merchandise Authorization stands for the code which is issued by the GemSuite.com Inventory System and allows money refunds for the returned merchandise.
"New", "Unused": new and unused merchandise means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case or change of cutting style of the gemstone.
II. Refund Merchandise Procedures
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and unused Certificates. Before returning an item for a money refund, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by either filling in the online form or emailing us at info@gemsuite.com. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label.
- If the product you're returning includes a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
- Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will be returned to you at your expense
III. Merchandise Return Procedures
Returning merchandise for a Refund must be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price using Federal Express (from Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii) or another traceable carrier. Use of other traceable carriers other than Federal Express will require advance approval (contact us at info@gemsuite.com ). The merchandise should be returned to the address specified on the RMA form. This address will be:

Please note to use "GSuite" and not "GemSuite.com" to help minimize the likelihood of in-transit theft
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE JEWELRY, DIAMONDS OR ANY OTHER IDENTIFIABLE LUXURY ITEM WORD IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE PACKAGE AGAINST POSSIBLE THEFT DURING TRANSPORTATION.
IV. Policy Summary
All services provided by GemSuite.com to the Client are subject to the above GemSuite.com Global Return and Refund Policy.
