Shipping Rates and Options
Shipping is free regardless of the destination. Your order may be shipped by a variety of carriers such as Federal Express or USPS. All shipments include insurance against loss or damage. Signature upon delivery is required. We do ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO.
Returning an Item or an Order
To return or exchange an item, all you have to do is:
- Make sure that you read and understand our Return Policy.
- Obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting customer service at 1-888-994-4367 or by completing on-line form. Packages without this number will not be accepted.
- Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including packing slip, and the gem certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
- Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and mail the package by a traceable carrier such as Registered Mail, UPS, USPS or Federal Express to:

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE JEWELRY, DIAMONDS OR ANY OTHER IDENTIFIABLE LUXURY ITEM WORD IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE PACKAGE AGAINST POSSIBLE THEFT DURING TRANSPORTATION.
